Even in the face of being called a "slimeball" for complimenting the Cheney's on their progressive attitudes towards humanity, Edwards still doesn't stoop to the lows that Mary Cheney and her lunatic father have (name calling). Only in a world where topsy turvy conservative in-your-house-anti-life-nazi's control everything would they actually be so offended by the idea of being 'outed' as a homosexual. If this were a normal country, we wouldn't even need to have any kind of discussion about this at all; no one would give a shit and would just assume that this was all sorted out and private or whatever. Unfortunately, because the Bush agenda has been to systematically assail human rights even within our own country, it is important to note to everyone that Republicans are total ideological hypocrites (too).
